Thank you for shopping with Novulux Beauty. Each set of press-on nails is handmade and custom-created just for you. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your nails to be carefully designed, crafted, and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping: $9.95 on all orders
Shipping discounts or promotions may be applied at checkout when available

Shipping Locations

At this time, Novulux Beauty ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. Novulux Beauty is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Novulux Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
